3SK Iron Man Models
We have designed and made models of the Iron Man with a moving part in our Design and technology lessons.
Our models either used a slider mechanism to make his eyes change colour or a linkage mechanism to make both of his arms move.
Sharing Shakespeare
We are learning about the Shakespeare play "The Tempest". In groups we improvised dialogue and actions to bring a scene of the play to life. We had great fun whilst learning about the play at the same time!
A visit from Christopher Columbus
Today's we were visited by Christopher Columbus! He told us all about how explorers travelled the world using compasses, maps and other strange looking equipment. We got to try on some explorer kit and have a close look at some interesting artefacts.
